International Institute for Career Development (IICD)

International Institute for Career Development (IICD) is established with the commitment to provide training programs that are needed to meet the changing demands of the industry, in collaboration with the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (IECD) of the Bharathidasan University. The Program aims to train the workforce and college graduates to be ready with necessary skills to become successful in their chosen careers.

Objective of IICD as a Career Institute

Industry has tremendous opportunities but it is now hard to find qualified and employable candidates for companies of all sectors. The objective of Career Institute is to bridge the gap between demand and supply of manpower in the Industry. To create job opportunities for youth, implement employment based courses, pre-job training, on-job training, and to provide manpower to corporate across the country.

Placement Activities

IICD will ensure placements for all delegates immediately after successful completion of the training programs. For this purpose IICD has tie-ups with all leading Multi National & Domestic Companies. IICD will conduct campus recruitment programs in its regional centers, regularly. IICD will host an exclusive job site and all the student members as well as prospective employers can register in that website. IICD also will establish its own model production units for BPO /KPO / Medical Transcription across all the major towns.
